I really want a 6 pack! Help!?

Iv wanted one For ages so started only having One sweet thing a day. I'm a girl and Im a very healthy person I have fruit n yoghurt for breakfast salad at lunch 2 pieces of fruit for snacks n my tea I always hav my 5 a day! I hav 1 casual pe lesson n 1 intense fitness training at school, walk home 2 miles every day hav footbal match n training n also any matches at school n finally at weekend I go indoor rock climbing... I do quite a bit of sport n I always do 100 crunches n 40 press ups every night I really want nice 6 pack by October for when I go away bt I don't know what else I need to do??? Any advice would help!!!
