I have been completely out of shape ever since I was 6 or 7, rapidly gaining weight as I grew older. About a week ago, I had a life-changing moment, and now I am more than ever determined to change my life, starting with my physique.
I have a membership now to 24-Hour Fitness, and I plan on going 3-4 times a week. (My schedule is very tight, or I would go much more) I have looked all over online, only to find a huge varity of different plans about working out at the gym, but I cannot find a simple, well planned routine. Do I do cardio and weight lifting every day, or do I do cardio on day 1, weight lifting on day 2, and something else on day three? I'm just looking for a basic plan. =)

I currently have an All Club Sport Access for $12.35 a month
I have the option to upgrade to Super Sport for an additional $10 a month.
Should I do it?
i mostly just want it for the rock wall i want to climb.
but i dont feel the same about 12 dollars a month vs 22 dollars a month.
