Help with writing speech and speech topic please? introductory speech.?

I have to write a speech about my partner and make up a fictional setting a long with a fictional topic. My partner is a exercise science major and wants to be a physical therapist (or around that area). She has a long history of sports in high school and has a passion for sports. I was thinking maybe a topic that has to do with getting kids into exercise/sports? But I have to put statistics/facts in my "hook phrase".. It's an introductory speech but I just CANT come up with a topic. . . or just what to talk about in general. Please help me. Here's what I kind of have so far: Good Afternoon _________________________(whoever I'm speaking to : your job) ___ (information about what she is talking about.. hook sentence/phrase.. topic___ I am pleased to introduce Ms. Chelsey Faulkner all the way from Bainbridge Georgia to talk about Health and Fitness tips for young atheletes (or whatever topic is). Chelsey is a Freshman and Somewhere University majoring in Exercise Science. Chelsey has always had a passion for sports especially in high school. She was a member of the Deep South Allstar Cheerleading Squad at Murkeson's Dance Academy and had teh privelidge of performing at the Atlanta Hawks Halftime Show in 2007. Chelsey was also part of the Bainbridge high school's gymnastic team for three years. Her main goal is to get accepted to Kennesaw State University and eventually work with a pro-sports team. Chelsey has so much admiration for sports and young atheletes as yourselves which is why she is here to share her tips with you for staying healthy and injury free. Please give a warm welcome to Ms. Chelsey Faulkner.

How to save an adobe photoshop cs5 background & some layers?

Okay so I'm new to photoshop... like, really new. Basically I'm making some basic text graphics. All of my graphics have the same heading with different numbers (Like "Fitness Tip #1..." but the #1 would change to #2, #3, etc.) And also they have a watermark in the corner. So my heading is one layer, my watermark is another, and my background (with a very simple color gradient) is my background layer. Is there anyway to save these so every time I open it up it's easy for me to change the background color, the heading #, and the text in the middle? Thanks!

Voting Question: Question about this workout?

So I'm getting manboobs, basically. I found this workout online which is interval sprints, cardio, and chest workouts. www.askmen.com/sports/bodybuilding_150/156b_fitness_tip.html There's the workout. My question is, is it okay to do this? Because I'd be focusing a lot on my chest, the rest of my body is pretty fit but I just have to work on my chest. How often do you think I should do the weight lifting?
