I want to go into the police in about 4-5 years and i thought that i might need to start training now so can anyone suggest or find a training programme or something i could use it would really help thanks.

I am 13. I am female. My PB from last year is 2.48 which is C.R.A.P because I didn't do any training. Does anyone know what I can do to improve my general fitness and strength for this season and how to train properly? At the moment I go jogging for about 30mins which is about 3 miles and thats it.
Please can you include a fitness plan (for example:monday-......., tuesday-.....)??

I'm looking to lose inches and a few pounds.. I'm 5'2
I am trying to work out four days a week - Running 30 minutes on a treadmill,weight machine training for 20 minutes, stretching/ fitness ball for 10 minutes. I do this every other day for three days then on the fourth day I go swimming for about half and hour to 45 minutes.. I'm calorie cycling .. eating 1000 calories a day on low days and 1500 on high days.
DO you think this is a good plan or am I pushing it?
