Does anyone know a fitness program that I could follow? I'm not heavy, just not toned. (I used to be...but then I stopped exercising for a while and got.....flabby 0.0) I eat right, so I'm not worried about dieting. But I don't want to look like a he-woman either. My main areas that I really want to work on are: my booty, my legs (esp SLIMMING down my thighs and calves...particularly the inner thighs), and my belly. (I don't want a six pack but I don't want it to jiggle either. ugh. i hate jiggle) I wouldnt mind some exercises for my arms and back, just to make the muscles SLIGHTLY more defined but they are already pretty toned from working with the horses. Oh, and I have access to a gym but too broke to higher a personal trainer. ^.^
What exercises would i have to do on a day to day basis? Would those workouts alternate? The only exercise I have really stuck with is running, and even though I was in great "shape" (running six miles daily...not any more though lol) I still didnt 'look' like it.
tried that. >.< I kept pulling and tearing stuff, so I finally gave it up. :/

from the USA but there are sooo many overweight & obese people also in the US. Why is this so ?? I find this pretty ironical !!
Perhaps that's a reason why the 'fitness' profession is so popular there. No I don't live in America, neither am I American. What do the people of the US have to say about this ?
